We ship to all 48 contiguous states via USPS or UPS. 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $179.99. For orders under $179.99, a flat shipping fee of $3.99 applies.

Delivery usually takes 2-7 business days. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather related delivery of your order might take longer.

Return policy

Return and Exchange Policy

We are confident that you will love our products. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following policy.

Eligibility for Returns
This return policy applies only to products purchased on Deadseabydrnona.com. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products purchased through other websites, Dr. Nona’s offices, independent resellers, or third-party websites. If you made a purchase from one of these sources, any issues, including returns or refunds, must be addressed directly with the respective reseller.

Return Process
Any unused and unopened products purchased from Deadseabydrnona.com (except during special sales) may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the products are in their original, unopened, and resalable condition. For products purchased as part of special sales (e.g., “Buy One, Get One Free” promotions), all items included in the promotion must be returned together. For example, if two items were purchased under the “Buy One, Get One Free” offer, both items must be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us to receive an Authorization Code. This code must be written clearly and visibly on the outside of the return package. Returns without an Authorization Code will not be accepted. Please make sure to include all original paperwork received with your order in the return package. We recommend shipping your return in a hard-shell box and insuring the package for added protection.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return has been verified by our team as unopened and unused, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will gladly exchange any unopened product in its original packaging for another product under the same guidelines. Shipping fees may apply for exchanges.

Exclusions
Due to the cosmetic and supplement nature of our products, returns and refunds are not provided for opened or used products. We value honesty and integrity in our business practices and expect the same from our customers.

Refund Processing
Refunds typically take up to 15 business days to process once the returned item(s) have been received and verified. After processing, the refund will be issued to the card used for the original purchase. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is received in a damaged condition or if the contents of the package are incorrect, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at [email protected]. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. You may also contact Dr. Nona NA customer service by phone, but please note that Dr. Nona NA customer service representatives have limited ability to resolve any issues directly.

Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be made within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. A photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s) will be requested to assist in resolving the matter. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned, in which case we will provide a prepaid postage label for your convenience.

Please note that all packages leaving our facility undergo a thorough quality control process to ensure that they meet our standards before shipment.
