9. Limited availability and price
   In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error in pricing information received from our suppliers, www.DeadseabydrNona.com and DrNona N.A Inc.,  will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. www.DeadseabydrNona.com and DrNona N.A Inc., will have the right to limit the number of items purchased through our website. www.DeadseabydrNona.com and DrNona N.A Inc.,  will have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, www.DeadseabydrNona.com  will immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price. . All Purchases are processed and credited in US dollars.

             We make every effort to provide our customers with packaging of our                   products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. For our customers and distributors, who may have any questions or concerns about the VPs entered into our Dr. Nona International system.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION.

For every order that is placed (through email, by phone, in person in any of our US offices or by website) and paid in full, VPs will be entered into our Dr. Nona International system within 3-4 business days. Orders that are placed and paid after 10am EST on the last business day of the month, VPs will be entered into our system on the next buisness day and  will be credited for the next month. 

Due to certain limitations, any additional discounts except for personal discounts will be reflected on the amount of VP that is entered into our system. For example: if an order was placed online for 100vp, with an additional 5% OFF, 95vp will be entered into our system.

VPs are a vital part of our company, specifically to all our customers who are members of our Royal Club and Loyal club and receive benefits. Therefore, if you have any questions, or concerns concerning the amount of VP that is entered into our system, please do not hesitate to contact our US main office.

We recommend contacting our office prior to placing your order to understand how some promotions may affect the amount of VP that will be entered into our system for your order. Please note that Dr. Nona N.A. Inc., www.deadseabydrnona.com it's  associates , affiliates, management and employees assume no responsibility for lost income and or benefits for customers/distributors, misunderstanding any and all rules and regulations regarding discounts affecting the amount of VP entered into our system.

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so by submitting a request from the e-mail that is registered on our website. Please include your name and your order number, which you can find in the order confirmation email. PLEASE NOTE ANY CANCELLATIONS AFTER 4 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF PLACING YOUR ORDER MAY RESULT IN FEES.

VISITING OUR OFFICES:

we are closed on all Federal Holidays.

Any visitors 5 years or older must comply with following rulles:

An appointment must be schedualed prior to arrival

Only two visitors at one time can be present at the office.

Full facial cover at all times while in the office is required.

Social distance must be kept.

Children 12 years or younger must be under adult's supervision at all times while in the office.

NO VIDEO, PHOTO OR ANY KIND RECORDING IS ALLOWED 

When arrive please contact us via intercom in the lobby or by a phone before comming upstairs.

Anyone who refused to comply with above rulles will be asked to leave immiadetelly without permition for future visits.
