RETURN POLICY

We are certain that you will love our products, but in very unlikelly event you are not we will gladly accept our products

This Return Policy applies to products purchased directly from Dr.Nona NA Inc., at DeadSea byDrNona.com or over the phone with Dr.Nona NA Inc., Customer Service.  Each purchase is issued an Order Number and the Order Number will be verified as a Dr.Nona NA Inc., purchase.  Dr.Nona NA Inc. does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, etc. with respect to products purchased from Independent Resellers on other websites or somewhere else.  Some websites are operated by Independent Resellers.  As such any prices, warranties, guarantees, returns, refunds, exchanges, etc. are strictly between the Independent Reseller and the Customer.  The Customer must contact an operator of that website regarding any transactions.  Dr.Nona NA Inc. operates only on this website, main office in NY and office in Portland OR.

Any unused and unopened product purchased from Dr.Nona NA Inc., (except special sales) may be returned to NY office  within 14 days of the date of purchase in its original, unopened and resalable condition and packaging. If any items were bought under special sale consisting of more then one product, all items from that special must be returned. For example: If 2 items were purchased under promotion Buy one get 1 Free, both items must be returned.  Please contact us via e-mail or by phone to receive an Authorization code, which must be written and visible on outside box. Please note, that packages without authorization code will not be accepted. Please include all paperwork received with the package in the return. A hard-shell box must be used, we suggest that you insure your package.   A refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product once the return has been verified by  Dr.Nona NA Inc. employees ,that return merchandise is unopened, unused. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of shipping the return is the responsibility of the Customer.  Dr.Nona NA Inc., will gladly exchange any unopened product in its original packaging for another product under the same guidelines, shipping costs may apply.

Given the cosmetic and food supplements nature of Dr.Nona NA Inc. products, refunds and returns are not provided for opened and/or used products.  As our business is based on honesty and integrity, we appreciate and expect the same from our customers. 

Please note that it takes an average of 15 days to process a refund once the return is received and verified.  After the process is completed a refund will be issued to the card of purchase.  Please note that once Dr.Nona NA Inc., issues a refund to the card of purchase your financial institution will take time to process and post to your account.

If your online/phone order from Dr.Nona NA Inc., was received in a damaged condition(physical) or the contents of the package were incorrect please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at 1-718-266-5600 or via email: Drnonana7@Gmail.com. Please have your order number. Any claims for missing, damaged or incorrect items must be made within 3 days from receipt of merchandise. A picture of the damage or incorrect product(s) received will be requested so that we may complete the transaction. At our discretion we might request the item back. In this event we will provide you with a prepaid postage label. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PACKAGES, THAT LEAVE OUR FACILITY GO THRU A CAREFULL QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS.
