Understanding terminology (VP)

Dr. Nona International LTD (Israel) has branches and distribution centers throughout the world. Most members in those countries can receive the same benefits. Since many countries have different currencies, it can be difficult to monitor the fluctuation of currency rates. Dr. Nona International LTD (Isreal)has created a universal point system (Value Points). Each product is given a point value, these Value Points are universal to all the branches and distribution centers.

For our customers and distributors, who may have any questions or concerns about the VPs entered into our Dr. Nona International system.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION.

For every order that is placed (through email, by phone, in person in any of our US offices or by website) and paid in full, VPs will be entered into our Dr. Nona International system within 3-4 business days. Orders that are placed and paid after 10am EST on the last business day of the month, VPs will be entered into our system, but will be credited for the next month. 

Due to certain limitations, any additional discounts except for personal discounts will be reflected on the amount of VP that is entered into our system. For example: if an order was placed online for 100vp, with an additional 5% OFF, 95vp will be entered into our system.

VPs are a vital part of our company, specifically to all our customers who are members of our Royal Club and Loyal club and receive benefits. Therefore, if you have any questions, or concerns concerning the amount of VP that is entered into our system, please do not hesitate to contact our US main office.

We recommend contacting our office prior to placing your order to understand how some promotions may affect the amount of VP that will be entered into our system for your order. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so by submitting a request from the e-mail that is registered on our website. Please include your name and your order number, which you can find in the order confirmation email. PLEASE NOTE ANY CANCELLATIONS AFTER 4 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF PLACING YOUR ORDER MAY RESULT IN FEES.
