Shipping to Canada

Unfortunately, due to some limitations we are unable to offer our Canadian customers online ordering. However, we will be more than happy to take your order via email 24/7 at DrNonana7@gmail.com. You can also place your order by phone.

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday 11-9 EST, Saturday11-7EST and Sunday 11-5 EST.

Please note that the majority of Canadian orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Our warehouse is located in the United States, because of this there will be additional fees and taxes imposed by Canadian officials. These charges are the customer's responsibility. If a customer denies paying these taxes and fees, the package would automatically be returned to our warehouse, and we would be charged for the return shipping and fees, which would become the customer's responsibility.

For your protection please do not send us your credit card information via email.

Once your order is processed, we will email you an invoice. After receiving your invoice you can call us to provide us with your credit card information. We also accept payment through PayPal, or money orders/bank checks (must be in US currency).

Since all products being sold and shipped from USA all our charges are in US dollars.
